On Sunday, 06-29-08 @ 13:49:17 hours this suspect walked into the Walgreen`s located at 2360 FM 407 (Justin Rd.) in Highland Village.  He walked directly back to the pharmacy and presented a typed note stating, " I have a gun; do not call 911, do not push a panic button; do what I tell you to or I will shoot your f*#!%ing head off". The note listed several controlled substances that he wanted in a particular order.  The suspect said very little to the three victims (pharmacy employees) and brought his own bag to put the drugs in, which was a small white trash bag.  The suspect also asked for the note to be put in the bag with the drugs before he left.

The suspect was described to be a white male in his early to mid 20`s approximately 5`10" about 150 lbs.  He was wearing a black baseball cap, Aviator style sunglasses with brown lenses, a white shirt under a long sleeve, camouflage zip-up hooded jacket that was zipped up about half-way, baggie blue jeans and white tennis shoes.  He has short reddish hair, a well-groomed beard, mustache and freckles.  He was wearing a brown beaded necklace (short; choker type) and had beige, cloth garden type gloves on.  The suspect kept his right hand in his jacket pocket the entire time.  The suspect was also described as smelling like cigarettes, like he had just finished smoking one before he came into the store.  There is no vehicle description at this time.
